Death right around the corner....do I tell my estranged family?

I have a plethora of ailments and have been told death is not far off. I have a very estranged relationship with my sisters and brother. Do they have to be informed of my death....should I have someone inform them? We haven't talked for more than 30 minutes in the past 25 years, although gifts are exchanged every December. It sounds ridiculous as I write it yet I still am unsure. I have 2 kids......19 and 15 and provision has already been made for them. What do you folks think?
