New Lip Ring?

I'm fifteen and I got my lip pierced two days ago (hooray) but now its swollen up to almost the size of the ring and I'm getting crust as is expected, but its orange-ish and I'm cleaning it almost every half hour with a saline solution... I'm using anti-bacterial Biotene mouthwash like I'm supposed to after I eat, I'm just worried about possible infection. Also it hurts a little when I move or rotate the ring (probably normal) but I was just wondering about that too. (Please no, "oh you shouldn''t get piercings you'll regret it later"... they're just annoying.)
