Shall i sign life time contract for a maritime agent?

i am abt to sign an agreement with a israeli agents. and i says we would only get hired through them. i mean they r the one who will search me a job ...n so on. n in turn i will pay the 50% of my gross salary for 2 years and ....so on......if u want the detail just ask me and ,,...
