Can older women produce babies?

can women ages in the 40s 50s 60s produce babies with out problems despite its rarity. i figure since men in there 20s are pretty much new to their biology and genealogy that's willing to be ped down to the next generation. can older womens eggs with younger mens sperm produce babies without issues such as incomplete birth or mental status. i ask this out of curiosity because my cousin who is 29 is already married to a 52 year old women and they are trying to actually make their own baby. also whats your opinion of younger men producing offspring with older generations instead of their own generation, i find it fine, love has no limits i mean sure its odd but depends on what two lovers want. whats your opinion
