Desktop icons gone,ctr alt delete isn't working?

two days ago i did scan on my computer with malwarebytes anti-malware.he found about 10 viruses,to complete virus removal i restarted my computer and then all desktop icons were gone and ctrl alt delete wasn't working.i restarted again and then was all ok,but now my computer does not shuts down properly.what should i do to solve this?
