How many of the old dictators are still presiding in Africa? Is the number going down?

Edi Amin I think has moved to Saudi from Libya and Menguti is still there the dictator who scourged Ethiopia, baby Doc is still around somewhere. (maybe France) They are getting older now and fatter and will soon be gone. Gadhafi is still there but less effective but still holding reign. However more little dictators are getting ready to follow them.
