Hpa or co2 for my paintball gun?

i have a spyder rodeo with e trigger, q lock feed neck,invert too hopper(just like a halo b) and a 12 inch stiffi barrel but i need a new tank and i was woundering for my gun should i get a 24 ounce co2 tank or a 48/3000 ci hpa tank?
