I want a new phone but like.......?

K so i have a lg eve its a cool phone but it has its problems. I want a blackberry bold 9700 now my friend had the same cel like me switched to the blackberry and loved it but im on a 3 yr plan so i dont think i can get out of it without vuying my plan out witch i dont wanna do so how could i get this phone?? thankyou :)<3
