I was Fired from BellSouth for reporting an on the job accident what should i do ? this employer is now at&t?

I fell down the stairs went for medical treatment to their workman comp. doctor and he excuse me from work a few times and i was fired for unsatisfactory attendence i truly believe this action by the employer should be illegal. what should i do?
