We don't have a good coverage for mobile phones in our garage!!?

Can you tell me what product we can use for our office to clear this problem. Our car park is located in level 3 underground and we are after a module to amplify the signals somehow. Is that a repeater or what? We are using Telstra phone service in Sydney.
