When did BUSH's approval rating suddenly reach RECORD HIGH levels right after September 11th?

I can not speak for other, only myself. My approval rating for the president was high because I appreciated how he brought the country together in the wake of the worst act of domestic terrorism ever. I would have said the same thing of Gore if he had won and acted in a similar manner.
