Who has the right of way at an unmarked intersection in Texas?

If there is a major and a minor highway, US vs State Highways, for example, then the traffic on the major highway has the right of way. If both roads are equal, both of them county roads, for example, then the first arriving car has the right of way. For two cars arriving simultaneously the car to the right has the right of way.
