Why was my answer considered a violation? YA contacted me that it was not a Question or an Answer.?

I personally could see nothing wrong with your answer. But most likely it was because the asker asked for a website and you gave none. So-o-o, technically you didn't answer the question.. Yahoo Answers is a real stickler for sticking to the guidelines. It's happened to me more than once and can be very discouraging but hang in there. (Hope I don't get penilized for being chatty.) Good look.
