Itching in Inner Thigh, Genital Area and ?

Hai thar. I'm a 15 year old male and I seem to be having some itching issues around my genital area. It began off in my inner thigh and around my . A good portion of my inner thigh is purplish but I think it may be cuz of scratching. This happened about a week ago and it goes on and off so I though it was natural. But today, I also started getting itchiness in my *** crack and its really uncomfortable. If I try to leave it alone, its really uncomfortable. Normally if I don't move around I dont feel itchiness anywhere. Could this be parasitic (pubic lice, pin worms), fungal or yeast? My friend thinks its Jock Itch or something.
