Question about a old Tv series Please help?

Oh wow I know exactly what you are talking about. This was in the Twilight Zone. The episodes they made in the 80's. It was about this couple that were for some reason caught between minutes. The people with no faces represent running time and makes sure what happens or doesn't happen within the mins. The name of the episode was " A matter of Minutes" Season 1 episode 15. This episode had two other different stories. They were all like all 15 min shorts.
