Vegan Cookbooks?

My favourite vegan cookbooks are Donna Klein's Vegan Italiano and Vegan Kitchen. I love them because I'm not a fan of soy and other vegan meat replacers, and I LOVE European cuisine. I was wondering if anyone has tried any of the "A Vegan Taste of..." cookbook series by Linda Majzlik . I would like to try "A Vegan Taste of France" and "A Vegan Taste of Greece", but I can't find any thorough reviews on the books. If you've used one, does the author use a lot of soy? And how are the recipes in general? Easy to make? Hard to make? Tasty? Hrm? Any input is appreciated. :)
